“We have been enjoying visits to St. Barth’s for 34 years. The celebration of a milestone birthday for my wife made this trip extra important and special. We felt like we hit the jackpot! Without any doubt, my wife, our two adult daughters, son-in-law and daughter’s boyfriend, have all enthusiastically agreed that Villa Kir Royal is the nicest, most centrally located, comfortable and highest quality place we have ever stayed on our favorite island. Villa Kir Royal’s location (St. Jean) makes it in the middle of everything. Yet, it is very private, with many different areas on the property for guests to interact or not. The entire villa feels welcoming and comfortable. The pool is central, elegant and fun. Although we did not seek, nor require a hot tub; we found ourselves enjoying the separated jacuzzi every night. The amenities, including the music/speakers, tv, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, gas grill barbecue, showers, etc. were all easy to use and of the highest quality. Caroline (owner), Jacky (property manager) and Francoise (housekeeper) were extremely helpful, courteous and welcoming...and we felt safe the entire time.
